I am seeding the new Web Services directory with a fast and very functional Zip Code web service, getZipsWithinRadius(). As the name would suggest, when you invoke the web service, you can pass a zip code, and a distance in miles and you will be passed back an array of all zip codes within the radius that you passed, along with the distance to each zip code.
